More on Myself, Mojitos, and PHP 5.3 :)

Hi All,

Hope you guys have been enjoying the games recommended on the site. I sure did, especially The Company of Myself. I enjoyed that game quite a bit and loved the storyline that came along with it. I must say it was the first game to ever make me feel this way. Please play the game if you haven’t (probably will take around 30 – 60 mins to complete it)!

The site has been running well, so I’ve been relegated back to drinking Mojitos. I did do up a mini techie article on ereg() for PHP 5.3 though. It’s geeky/techie/nerdy stuff.

Anyway, just the other day, I had a question posed to me, asking me what languages do I speak. Over here in Singapore we are bilingual. Our mode of communication is in English but we are expected to learn our mother tongue based on our race. I am a third generation Singaporean Chinese so I am expected to pick up Chinese as my other language. I’m not that good at it though, but I’m working hard to improve on my Chinese

Apart from that, work has been a little bit overwhelming the past few weeks. It was a lot of rushing from one place to another trying to balance between my full-time work, casting calls, workout sessions, blogging, classes and gatherings. I am currently working on a film project where I am involved in producing, directing, scriptwriting and acting of a 10-minute short film. It is the first time I’m doing it, and I’m pretty excited. Hopefully, I’ll get to share it with you all here.

I was just looking through some old Facebook photos and I saw some pictures of my country that I thought would be a great idea to share with you all. So ending off today’s post, I shall share a picture taken from the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Skypark. There’s this really awesome infinity pool that extends out into the skyline of Singapore. Enjoy!
