Need some help? Find it here! Some common frequently asked questions found below.

What do the categories mean?
The categories are different kinds of online games you can find, with a Kids section thrown in at the end. Flash games are the kind of games that you play within a little box on the screen. These games usually aren’t aimed for long lasting entertainment. Pick and play one, you’ll probably find you can finish the game and be satisfied after an hour or so.

Browser games are a bit more comprehensive, and have a much longer life span if you choose to stick with it. These ones are harder to categorize, because some require a download and others use flash. Our main criteria for putting games in this category are ‘Do you play the game in your browser?’ and ‘Is it geared for longer lasting entertainment compared to flash games?’. There are far fewer browser games than any other category, so don’t expect a huge list of these.

Finally, Downloadable games are just that. These are all games that you can download and play, free of charge. These games might require a lengthy period of time to download, and will also require an installation. They reside on your hard drive once installed, and (unless it is an online game) won’t require an internet connection to play.

How do I know your 5 star games will be my favorites as well?
Well, we don’t know. In fact some of the games that my team has rated 5 stars, wouldn’t have received such a high rating from myself. We spend time discussing not only what we like, but what we feel the majority of people will like. Not just the hardcore gamer, but regular people too! With decades of combined experience playing games, introducing people to games, picking out favorites for groups and parties, and being the ‘go to’ people for “Hey, what game should I give my 13 year old son?” questions, when we collectively come to an agreement chances are most of you are going to like it.
